Club History

In 1993, the Concord Touch Association was established and is part of the Sydney Metro Region of NSW and is run as a socially based concept offering a competitive competition for all seniors based players to enjoy.Over time Concord Touch Association has been an important part of our local community with over 100 participants playing in our local competition. Our Association is now in its 27th season and we accommodate players of all ages from 16 up to 50 plus. The competition is run every Monday evening over the summer months at Greenlees Park Concord with games starting at 6.30 pm or 7.15 pm and are played under lights. As Concord is a socially run competition, the Players register individually and are randomly placed into teams based on age and ability. Once all 96 players are registered, the teams are then selected based on a number of categories. For fairness and an attempt at evening sides, regular players of high quality are also split to spread talent between all teams.  Numerous social functions are held each season, highlighted by the annual Christmas Knock out event and we concluded with a family social day on Grand Final day where all are welcome and encouraged to come along.

We are always seeking new players, any new enquires about player registration please contact Steve at Concordtouch@gmail.com . Concord Touch Footy keeps a reserve list of players so that all teams have the required 12 players. So contact Steve and enquire if there are any spots vacant.
